Return & Refund Policy
All prints sold through Neave.Studio are fine art photographic prints produced on demand and individually fulfilled for each order. Because every print is custom-produced once an order is placed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me via the online chat service within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged print (if the chat box doesn't allow attachments, message me with your info first and we'll get to the images in the second step)
- Clear photos of the outer packaging (including any visible damage to the tube or box)
Shipping damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where damage is verified, we may offer a discounted replacement order so that you can receive a new print at a reduced rate. We are unable to offer free replacements or full refunds for shipping damage, as production and material costs are not recovered through our courier partners.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Cancellations and order changes
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, as production begins immediately after checkout. Please double-check size, quantity, and shipping address before completing your order.
Incorrect items received
If you receive a print that does not match what you ordered (wrong title, wrong size, wrong edition), please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a corrected fulfillment at no additional cost.
